Sometimes I feel like time is passing by me so quickly, and we do not even realize sometimes, that we spend our time by doing things, that are not important. Which is in addition making us exhausted, being constantly under pressure to manage stuff or we miss our life. And that made thinking about the whole minimalism and slow life.
Slow living is not about doing everything slowly as possible. It is about being in the moment and focusing on what we are doing in a mindful way.

I read an article, that we should chew our food for so long that it almost becomes a liquid. The longer we chew the more saliva we produce and the more nutrients our body is able to absorb.That means take your time to enjoy your meal and be mindful when you eat.

Focus on what matters and enjoy what you do. Be and live at the moment. This helps you to feel more at peace and also sleep better.
